Unprofessional Agency - CEO Harassment and Total Management Failure
I entrusted Seller Rocket with two of my e-commerce accounts for 3 months, paying a total fee of ₹24,000. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite the heavy fees, they couldn't even generate ₹10,000 in total sales. My inventory remained 'Out of Stock' for 2.5 months under their watch, and they completely ignored 4 critical Account Health Strikes.
The most unprofessional part was dealing with their CEO, Kannan. After his own team admitted to their negligence, the CEO called me at 10:30 PM to intimidate me. He called me a 'fraud' for asking for a refund and even sent a threatening message which he later deleted.
It is clear that the management has zero technical knowledge and even less professional ethics. They are experts at taking advance payments but have no clue how to manage Amazon accounts or handle clients respectfully. I have documented everything, from the zero performance reports to the late-night harassment calls. I am sharing this so other business owners don't lose their hard-earned money to this incompetent agency
