Mike was polite, professional and courteous. He started by checking in with my understanding of the meeting. He then summarised the format of process and rough time scale. The whole experience was well structured and organised and it all felt very professional. I felt this warranted a five star experience, as Mike provided clear information was upfront and transparent throughout. I haven't sold a car with an online service before, and had no expectations.
