I completed my application online
I completed my application online. I didn’t accept the initial offer, after few hours Neil contacted me with a second offer, which I was happy to accept. He explained that, due to my location, it wouldn’t be possible to collect the car on the same day. It ended up taking three days, but apart from that, the whole process was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Neil was helpful throughout, and I’m very happy with the overall experience.
