Fast and efficient service

It is a good service to use but wish maybe a little more money for the books would be nice

I would give a minus rating if I could. Very poor payment service when I tried to sell back. The books were in very good condition . They rejected all of them outright. Like seriously . I would call it complete scam ! DO NOT USE THIS RESELL. I regret having sent great conditions books and get a total of few cents - literally 1/10th of the promised amount. Complete waste of time and effort. Fraud !

I have bought from WOB over the years, but I just tried to sell to WOB. I ran into an issue. It wasn't much, but I wanted to get an answer. Apparently, there is no way to get an answer. There are no humans. There is only a useless bot that is supposed to provide a person if needed. Nope. That didn't happen. I don't like useless bots. I don't know of anyone that does. Some businesses like them. They think that it saves them time and money. I believe that useless bots cost businesses customers. Maybe they don't care as long as they don't have to pay a person to answer customers' questions.

I’m still learning to use the app, so between bugs and user error (me), it’s easy enough to go get through. I’m sure this will change for the better, once I get more experience on the app. Very grateful for the service!

I’ve made many successful trades over the past couple of years. This is a wonderful way for me to make a little extra side cash at times, while also doing some de-cluttering.

I like World of Books, they often take titles that other companies won’t and since I’m just looking to get something for my books this suits me. The manual barcode entry works particularly well. The process is easy and the payment is quick. I’ll be using again soon no doubt!

You asked for feedback on my purchase. I did not purchase, I sold. This is my 3rd boxful sold to you. 1st 2 seemed fair & my checks arrived. This 3rd, I had a book rejected for excessive wear. A book that has sat on a shelf unread. No cover damage or page/foldouts rips/tears/dog ears/handwriting/underlining. In truth, none of the “excessive wear” you claimed. Boooo! Boooo!!!
I will give you the benefit of the doubt & hope it was a shipping damage issue. 🙄
