lack of ways to actually communicate
the process of sending the books is easy. But they seem to loose books when they review the submission and there is no way to contact them. Their bott is limited to a set of preselected responses and there is no way to actually contact them.

Very user friendly website. Ordered 3 books on grief and losing a loved one. Didn't realize I could sell books and cds. went thru all my books and entered isbn numbers easy and I'm getting 8.46 payment for 25 books. i coul donate but i donate other places.

I'm glad to ship off these many books -- though the prices offered here are laughably low -- and I don't mind dropping heavy boxes off at FedEx. What sucks is that there's no customer service. The AI "Joy" you can "chat" with merely offers a collection of FAQs and there seems to be no option for any real help with a real person. Hmm...

I sent in a number of books but only heard back on the sale of four of them. The sale of those four went twell but no acknowledgement of the other books that went in with the paperwork in the same box.

Great for selling certain books.
I love that I can pack the books up and off they go! However the price received on a lot if the books is really low. I only send ones that are over a certain amount. The process is seamless.
