Excellent, competent and personal service
I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, and the competency of the Selina team that handled my application. Far from it being one of those tick-box exercises where something goes wrong because a document is not in the right type or similar, the Selina team were engaging and fully understood my specific situation and requirements. They tailored an excellent solution that helped me optimise my finances even better than I had planned. The process was efficient and easy, and it took just one week from the initial application to receiving the funds in my account. I can highly recommend Selina Finance and the team there!

Quick, easy and stress free approval
We applied on a Tuesday morning and by the Wednesday afternoon it had been approved. When we didn’t send the correct documents they sent emails with pictures of what they were looking for. All on an easy to use portal

Useless
Useless. Just looking for an £8000 loan, for solar panels, house is worth 350,000, 110,000 owed on the property (240,000) - Income of 125,000, self employed with my own business... yet Selina can't offer the loan right now. Crazy...

Took a very long time
Took a very long time. Question after question after question. Literally knows my shoe size now. Questions /requests that i answered ages ago but one word wrong and it comes back again, service was excellent timing was awfull been at it for months and months.

Joe and Georgia were absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. If they said they would call at a certain time, they always did, and they delivered on everything they promised.
They took the time to explain every step of the process in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. They made the whole experience of consolidating our debt so much easier than we expected.
