Its good for self reflection. But sometimes the responses take a few seconds.Not a big deal. I like that it doesnt push advice just asks questions. Makes you think for yourself.

Helped with burnout

Interesting concept
Took me a while to trust it. But the more you use it the more it gets you. It remembers things you said before and brings them up . That surprised me. Not perfect but def interesting.

It doesnt judge. Thats the main thing. I wrote about my anxiety and it didnt give me generic bs. It actually asked about my childhood. Weird but in a good way. I feel lighter after using it. 🌟
