Regarding the fees mentioned, we want to clarify that return shipping labels are provided free of charge for all returns. The only fee associated with returns is a one-time refund processing fee (currently $9.75) when a return is requested back to the original form of payment. Returns for store credit or exchanges are completely free, including the return shipping label. This policy helps us cover part of the operational costs associated with processing refunds while still offering free options for exchanges or store credit.

We also want to apologize that you felt your emails went unanswered. We were very surprised to hear that, as we pride ourselves on being responsive, understanding, and accommodating to all of our customers. Upon further review, I can see that our support team did receive your inquiry regarding your refund and replied promptly in the morning on the very next business day explaining our return and refund policy.

In situations where tracking shows a package as delivered, our first step is to work through the carrier’s investigation process, since they are the only party with access to delivery records, GPS scan data, and driver information that can help determine what happened. Great Dress, Excellent Service!

I bought a dress from Selfie Leslie for my registry wedding, and overall I had a really great experience. The delivery was very quick, which I really appreciated since I was on a bit of a timeline.

When the dress arrived, the size unfortunately didn’t fit me properly, so I had to order another one. I was a little worried about whether the exchange would arrive in time, but their customer service and return process were excellent. The return was simple and smooth, and getting the new dress sent out was surprisingly fast.

The quality of the dress was great as well beautiful material and well-made. Everything was handled efficiently, and the replacement arrived on time without any stress. I’m really happy with how smoothly the whole process went and would definitely order from them again.

Terrible quality.

I bought an almost $100 dress for a formal event I had. The dress shipped and delivered really fast, but the quality was horrendous. Comparable to or maybe even worse than Shein quality. Also, the dress came with imperfections too. So disappointed with this company and probably will never purchase from here again.

The dress looked exactly like the photo. The size I ordered wasn’t right so I sent it back and exchanged it. The process was simple and the replacement dress arrived within 3 working days of me sending back the original dress. I would definitely buy from Selfie Leslie again.

Recently, adverse weather across parts of the Midwest and East Coast has impacted several shipping routes, which has unfortunately caused delivery delays in some areas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

While we unfortunately don’t have control over what happens to a package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we absolutely take shipping issues very seriously and always do whatever we can to help ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

After reviewing your order, we can see that it was placed at 8:50 PM on Monday, March 2nd, and our team processed and shipped it right away on Tuesday, March 3rd. According to the tracking information, your package is currently in-transit and expected to arrive later than originally estimated. We also see that standard/economy shipping was selected at checkout, which typically takes 5–9 business days for delivery per our shipping policy. This would make Friday, March 13th the 9th business day within the delivery window.
