We’re so sorry to hear about your experience, we completely understand how frustrating and concerning it must feel to believe your items were never delivered.
After reviewing your order, we can see that your order total was over $300. For orders of this value, a signature is required upon delivery for security reasons and to help prevent theft.
According to the tracking information, a delivery attempt was made on May 1st at 11:13 AM, but unfortunately there was no one available to sign for the package at that time. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this missed delivery may have caused.
We are currently reaching out to USPS on your behalf to get an update on the status of your delivery and to see if we can help locate your package. While we do not have control over what happens once a package leaves our warehouse, we take delivery issues very seriously and always do everything we can to support our customers and ensure they feel confident throughout their shopping experience.

Our exchanges for a different size are free of charge. However, when stock is very limited (for example, when only 1–2 pieces remain), our returns portal will not allow an exchange to be processed. This is to prevent the replacement item from selling out before the original item has been dropped off with the carrier and secured for exchange.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to have to reorder and pay for shipping again in those situations, and your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve and make this process clearer and more seamless for our customers.
