Really good experience and great value for money!
I've listened to 4 recordings for sleep and relaxation for anxiety. I loved all of them. They were exactly as described. The quality was excellent and I'll be going back for more! Highly recommend.

Used one of your recordings to get over a painful relationship last year. Worked within a week! Also used it to help overcome a phobia. Felt better after two sessions. Still in the process of using it for depression/anxiety, and getting over the past. I know this will take more time as it's a complex issue, but I'm already seeing results. Thank you for the work you do. It's worked better than any therapy I've tried so far.
