My family started with Intuit (Proseries) back when the software was on floppy disk. This company has become the biggest joke. Not only does the software distribute client data to very strange places on a tax return, but I believe they then used my data to market to my clients.

Their professional customers wait for customer service for hours while their TurboTax customers receive immediate help. Biggest conflict of interest and hopefully illegal.

The CEO recently looked panicked on Jim Cramer's CNBC show. I hope they get what's coming to them for misusing data.

For over a month now I have been trying to connect the account with Tesco bank. I must have explained myself to every person in the company and still no one seems to actually care enough to sort the issue. When they do eventually respond often after me having to chase them they give an answer that is a load of rubbish. System does not update and results in my bank contacting me none stop flagging security alerts. In summery don't pay for this software you will get more out of a free spreadsheet.
