Csaba is a personal defence trainer of the highest calibre. Highly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Csaba will always take the time to further explain his point or instruction; so the student can better understand, thus adapt and correct their technique. Csaba does not simply provide martial art training, he provides an education, in mind and body.

I joined Csaba's self-defense classes a couple of years ago and it was the best decision I've made. He taught me the basics of karate, techniques and control. The sessions were very professional and fun.

I have been a private student of the instructor, Csaba for a couple of months in Alton, Hampshire and I can tell that he is a such a kind and friendly person. His warm but professional manner helps me to understand the spirit of karate and also to gain technical skills. What I like about him the most is that he understands students’ needs and uses techniques that are tailored to them. He also provides explanations during lessons and a little bit of history related to that particular kata/movement for instance. I can’t wait for my next lesson.

Have been taking private self defence with Sensei Csaba for about two years now and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is a professional with deep knowledge of the field who helped me develop my self-defence midset and built confidence in myself. He establishes a baseline for continued self-improvement as kept on improving my abilities.
