Great sauna!

Received a good deal with shipping included. Lead time was accurately estimated. Everything was delivered and assembled without issue. No complaints.

I ordered the Barcelona at the end of February. On their website it said shipping in Mid March. Its April and still no word on the sauna. Tried to email, call and live chat with no response. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get a response. Representative replied that they have trouble with their phone lines. But I tried every way possible to contact them. Saw this excuse used with another customer. If it is the case, why not just use a dedicated cell for business use? Finally got word the item was shipped on 4/5

Fantastic customer service, ability to make modifications to order with fair pricing, owners got involved in order to ensure satisfaction, and material was packaged well with great build quality. Highly recommend.

Communication is terrible. Lead time was off by a factor of 2, no communication on delays- I had to reach out every time just to know what was going on with my thousands of dollars purchase. You want a call back or your voicemail returned? It’s not happening.

Changed an item on the order to an item that was offered free several weeks later. They wanted to charge me more! Price matching? How about you price match yourself?

Customer service was green, so I can cut you some slack, but generally it was atrocious. No promised follow-ups, a lot of “I don’t know what to do let me get back to you.” Simple things. I had to request invoices. Thank goodness I did or I would likely not be getting the correct order.

Order shipped without a heater, it was back ordered, no communication. Heater shipped with the wrong control unit.. I have a feeling I’ll be fighting with them to get the unit I paid for shipped to me in a reasonable time.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the product is great. I just want to be able to use it the way I intended and not have to jump through hoops to get quality support and my order correct.

Edit 3/14: Thanks for the response Chris, but no the issue has not been resolved. I do not have the wifi control unit that I ordered and you have not provided a solution.

We recently purchased a sauna after a great deal of research to find an American made sauna that would work in our older home. Select Saunas had one on their website that seemed to fit our needs. The website clearly stated it was 15 amps but on arrival, we discovered that it is 20 amps which our circuitry cannot support. The literature in the box also indicates 15 amps. We reached out to customer service who initially advised us to purchase an adapter. After speaking to an electrician, they advised against it. I reached out to customer service again only to be told that we would need to pay return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee. Why should I have to pay for their inaccurate advertising and misrepresentation of the product? Not trustworthy at all.

So I was very doubtful in the beginning since I didn't really know if they were credible or not, but after having a short call with customer support, I instantly felt reassured in their competence in helping me in my special situation.

Not responsive to emails or phone messages. Poor costumer service.

The product is great, the installation instructions could be better. Some elements need a more detailed description or photos, especially the installation of the door!

I had an order that I did not receive & contacted the company. Chris A. responded very quickly & tracked down the issue & sent out another product. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall sound experience. I had some damage via shipment that was hidden, but I was taken care of after this was disclosed to the vendor. Love the product, works great!

This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Although they did communicate after over a month of nonstop emails, i didn’t receive product until 2 months later. When shipment arrived the loader didn’t have tool adn pallet broken. (Had to manually unload sauna). To be fair, Chris was responsive after asking to send extra parts because of cheap wood. However , new parts were incorrectly milled and the whole sauna was off balance. This Sauna was made very low quality for the price I paid.

Wouldn’t recommend select sauna. They have a good sale until order is made and now nobody is responding to my discrepancy. Very disappointed in product and customer service.

Find someone else that has better quality and honest salespeople.

The selection process was fun and the options many. The shipping scheduler communicated every step and the freight / delivery driver went the extra step and delivered the pallet down the driveway to my garage door. Assembly was a breeze with little help.

The product and attention to detail provided throughout the order and delivery process was phenomenal. Couldn’t be happier.

We absolutely love our Almost Heaven Audra 2-4 Person Canopy Barrel Sauna from Select Saunas. My husband was able to build and install it himself. We love the look and design of the sauna, and have enjoyed it nightly since we got it. We have only had 2 adults in it so far, and that is a very comfortable fit. Select Saunas' customer service was exceptional throughout the ordering process.
