No package & no reply from customer service

Though my order was shipped rather promptly, the UK Royal Mail order indicates that it has been in customs in my country of destination for almost 2 weeks. I have tried reaching out to customer service for help determining the whereabouts of my order 3 times, to no reply. I'm very disappointed with the service.

The two year shelf life was nearly up

The two year shelf life was nearly up - only 5weeks to get through the pen before the expiry date. Contacted Select who just said send it back. I replied to see if they would cover postage and/or provide an exchange but no reply... This was my first experience using Select and I am disappointed at the product and the lack of customer service.

As per the tracking RV132911831GB (Royal Mail), your item was leaving the UK on Monday 14th October. As the shipment moves the tracking will update.

You can also go to https://www.laposte.fr and use the same reference which shows the product is in France.

Discreet and easy to use

This is the first time I've used any kind of vape and it's working well for me. I also find the shape and size discreet and easy to use. I'm using CBD for anxiety and so far it seems to help me in moments of tension or before a potentially stressful situation.

unreliable shipment

If these guys won’t provide any other alternative shipment methods at checkout, other than standard mail, I seriously doubt I’ll be going back to them. It’s been over 16 days after the purchase and i’m still waiting for the order to be delivered from the UK to Italy. Before purchasing I read other customer reviews complaining about the same issue and unfortunately it was the same for me. St least an option for a DHL, express tracked service would solve the issue if you’re shopping outside of the UK.

We shipped the item(s) as per the address which you specified (our systems our automated) and can only apologise for the courier not delivering the parcel as yet. We have shipped to over 18 EU countries and as you will be able to see from Trustpilot, we have only had problems with Italy.

UPDATE 02/08/2019 - THIS SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED (DELAY CAUSED BY ITALIAN POSTAL SERVICE).

We understand your frustration however, as you can see, when we track the shipment (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RV132911607GB) the product was delivered on 29th July. We shipped the item(s) as per the address which you specified (our systems our automated) and can only apologise for the courier for the delay. We have shipped to over 18 EU countries and as you will be able to see from Trustpilot, we have only had problems with Italy. As such we will no longer be shipping to Italy as the product usually turns up late and after we have issued a refund.

As the shipment took so long, in this instance we did issue a refund so you actually got the item for free. We would be grateful if you could update your Trustpilot review as we do not feel it is a true representation of our service.

Never again

Ordered the product 16 days ago, after 10 days I was already quite annoyed by the fact that the product was not arrived yet. Today I checked the shipping tracking and I was told that the product has been sent back since the address was invalid (checked 3 Times and the address that I put during the checkout was the correct one).

Never buying from this site again, just an overall terrible experience

We have just tracked the shipment ourselves (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RV132911584GB) and can see that the Italian carrier Poste Italiane whom Royal Mail passed the shipment onto could not verify the address and therefore it was sent back to us.

We shipped the item(s) as per the address which you specified (our systems our automated) and can only apologise for the courier not delivering the parcel. We have shipped to over 18 EU countries and this is the first issue we have had.

We wish you would have actually contacted us directly via our support to organise a replacement as opposed to leaving a negative review about the Poste Italiane delivery service.

We have issued a refund which you will have received in your account.

I had such high hopes..

I had such high hopes... I thought the product (cinnamon vape pen) would help me relax and fall asleep faster, just like other CBD e-liquids I tested. Nope.. quite the contrary. On the 3 occasions I tested it, I had a sleepless night. It did not only put me in a state where I felt nervous and uncomfortable, it induced some sort of mental fog that made me feel really uneasy. I feel like I just wasted my money.
