Ross and Adrian, and the wider team recently delivered a branded project for me, it had several challenges including a short timeline and a very specific need. It wasn't a straightforward challenge but it started with a call - which I loved, gave me more confidence than a website alone or chatbot customer service. By the end of the call, I felt 100% happy that they'd deliver what I needed, I wasn't exactly sure how - but they seemed to have several ideas and so I left it with them to find a solution. By the end of the same day, it was all sorted and I was able to secure my branded products a few days later. I don't think I am a 'typical' customer with my stupidly short deadline but what impressed me most, was their 'can do' attitude. As soon as I explained my situation and need, they were firing off several ideas and bouncing off each other - was great!
