Product is excellent but operating instructions are not relevant to the product bought. It has also been tedious trying to resolve issues as I purchased a spare Saber stand which hasn’t arrived and despite contacting tatooine sabers have had no response.

Made good on a mistaken shipped item. My second order was delivered and is in good working condition. No problems.

The quality of the lightsaber is great, the neopixel ultimate maul lightsaber. The shipping was fast in general but it arrived ahead of the expected delivery date, will definitely be buying from them again.

Nice quality obi-wan weathered saber and it arrived in about 7 days which was amazing.

I was not expecting the two sabers I ordered to come in individual locking case that contained the hilt, blade, hilt stand, tools and other items. The hilts were wrapped up and are great replicas. The soundcard allows for different styles of lightsaber sounds and you can choose any color you wish for your blade.

It was fast and very hight quality lightsaber. It's my first beo pixel and I love it ! I have many lightsabers but this one is bu far my favorite.

Communication was great with them! Gave constant updates. Only minor complaint was the box it came in was pretty beat up and I was expecting the saber to come in an actual case, not a cardboard box. Other than that everything was fantastic! The saber looks and feels great!

The quality is amazing and it got to me faster than I thought possible. Lots of fun and works better than expected.

I buy two lightsabers first the Elegance Ligthsaber Premium and later the Neopixel, the hilt quality is verry good. The shipment is very fast After 2 weeks i get my paket (ship to Germany) and my childhood dream to have my owen lightsaber come to be true. I love both of them. It's perfect for my Kenobi Cosplay! The Team and support of Tatooinelightsabers are very helpfull and conect with you if you have Problems (i only use the Instagram Way about the E-Mail support i dont can say anything).

I ordered 2 lightsabers from this place and they both came really quickly. One of my lightsabers didn't charge properly however, they were quick to send a free, circuit charger, thingy. They even included all screws that came with the lightsaber from the start and a new charger. I'm am very happy with this and will continue to order lightsabers from here.

Good Lightsaber. I am from Germany and it came after 2 weeks and it was shipped after 1 week. Quality is good but the blade wiggles a bit in the hilt. It's not really something that will take the fun away but it's something that you will notice. Works very well. It came in a, let's say interesting package. Support per E-Mail is awful and does not work at all. If you want to sent them an E-Mail it will get recogniced as Spam and wont get threw at all. Support per Instagram worked but it's a mess. Package came from Shanhai or somewhere near Shanghai.

You decide if you want to order from them. Also they use videos as Advertisement that are not theirs. (That's what i've heard from various people on different social Medias)
I am not sure if I would order from them again besides that the prices are too high.

The response that I would get was great when I ordered the lightsaber and in the process of shipping, but once I get my lightsaber there were issues with my lightsaber. I sent four emails to contact support and I never got any response. The only time I got a response is when I sent a message on Instagram.
