The order online would have been better if we could have returned to the previous page when filling out the form (when realising we had made a mistake).
Timetable and response were great but the delivery man was not at all helpful and most impolite. He had no regard for the customer and cared only about dumping his merchandise and leaving!! It was most unpleasant.

Bad delivery service from the driver. Left a palette lying on the pavement in the middle of a busy street. Driver didn’t want to place the merchandise inside the door even though he was equipped for it. All he had to do was drop it one metre more towards the inside

Good salt quality, Fast delivery. However, one improvement point: I returned the loading pallet to the carrier. I would have loved to get the equivalent refund (+/- 12 EUR).
