It's a scam, for anyone who couldn't return the order and couldn't get refund, please open a dispute on the payment transaction.
I opened a dispute on my online bank transaction and got refunded.
After one week there is no update for tracking but that the courier has received the instruction to collect. When you complain they respond good news we have found your order.
