We are really pleased with the service and the people who work there, always very polite and helpful.
Very quick with answering all questions.

Thought they were good but gone to pot lately, recorded phone message going round and round telling me to press star to speak to an operator😣😣,no person to talk to, have now had to go to High speed for the second year running ,Won't be coming back despite them having 2 courses of mine paid for andnot yet taken.

Excellent service, we are small company which was keen to join CHAS. First we tried ourselves to complete the assessment which we failed. After researching about health & safety we realised that professional advice was what we required. Seguro was our choice and are grateful for all their help in achieving CHAS membership. We have been with Seguro for quite some years now. They prepare all our health & safety documents for us.

The documents are second to none and detail absolutely everything we could possibly need as a SME. They are very well presented and easy to amend if necessary.

We usually deal with Colin or Matthew, both of whom are extremely responsive to our emails and calls and are always more than happy to answer any queries we may have.

All in all a fabulous service which we find is both value for money and a pleasure to use!
