Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 swimsuits. It took 2 months to "deliver" and I never received them. The company refuses to assist. They actually asked that I sent MORE money and they will send me my suits "again." Buyer Beware!

Sadly I had exactly the same experience described by the customer in the below review.
I ordered 3 swimsuits. The products are of poor quality and sizing completely wrong (despite sticking to the size chart advertised on their website).

Like the previous customer, I asked for an address to return the items and get a full refund (as per their T&C’s advertised on their website). I have been battling with them for over a month to get the address to return the items. Each time, they take 1 week to respond to e-mails and offer an increasing discount: 10% then 30% and now 75% but still no address to return the goods, and no contact details to speak to someone.
I have reported them for fraud to the UK government body and would encourage you to do the same if you have been a victim of their scam.

This company is DISHONOURABLE. BEWARE! I purchased 2 bikinis and a pair of black hot pants. I requested to return 1 x bikini set and 1x hotpants within days of receiving the items and a full refund on the returned items, and a return address (as stated in their email and T&C). I received an email response offering me £10 (!) to keep the items. I declined and asked for the return address. I then received an email offering me £15 to keep the items as apparently, the shipping costs are high and return location is in ROSEDALE NY, USA (no further details). I again refused this offer and insisted I receive a return address to return the goods and requested a refund (which was well within their 15-day T&C). I then received an email in GERMAN which needed translating. Again, no address (but apparently return 'instructions'). The email translated to;

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your return request. I am glad to help.

Below are the return instructions:
1. We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items with the original tags, including hang tags and clear packaging.
2. We are currently unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be at your own expense.
Please DO NOT return to the address on the package received that is not our return address. Otherwise, we're afraid we won't accept returns and no refunds.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will be happy to refund you the item's price (excluding shipping cost since we shipped it). To ensure a successful return, please use a standard shipping service that offers tracking.
As an alternative solution, would you be happy with a 30% refund on the item you wish to return or exchange as compensation for storing the item, as well as a voucher to use towards your next purchase? If you prefer to return the item for a refund, we will do the same as above.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

I emailed Seepalm 3 times after this requesting a return address and refund. By the forth email, it bounced back saying no email address existed.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

If you wish to return any items, BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY despite stating this on their website!

The quality of the products is extremely poor and the sizes are inconsistent and not true to size. The bikini I wish to return is so faulty and poorly made, I couldn't even sell it. The hot pants are terribly made and unflattering. Neither of them fit me so these items are now useless to me.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a Chinese company with a UK domain, not a UK company. THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO INTEGRITY! BEWARE!

Atrocious! Charged £7.99 for P&P and then took 2 weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong item and then expected me to pay for P&P to get it back to them before refunding me!
Absolute rip-off merchants.
