Satisfied with the customer service interaction, go all the information i needed. I bought the S25 ultra at a bargain discounted price. I was skeptical I'd not recieve a brand new product, but alas! It arrived all brand new with no broken seal. Shipping was fast in 6 working days via DHL, and got more excitement as I could track the delivery van to my door step 😄

Ordered my Honor Magic 7 pro smartphone through Seentat as it was the best deal I could get. Knew nothing about them and took a chance. Phone arrived mint sealed in the box within 6 working days. China edition supplied with a fast charge 100w plug and 6A cable plus a 5850 mA battery! Delighted with the phone.

I was not aware that the ipad was from Hong Kong
I was not aware that the ipad was coming from Hong Kong or I would NOT have ordered.
Communication is pathetic and DHL express is appalling. Due for delivery on the 9th September (any time all day) so they give it to a third party who tried to deliver it on the 8th September. Nobody in, no card left, no communication. DHL updates non existent. Still no ipad. Heading for getting my money back. Called DHL and was promised delivery for 10th. Calls to DHL are PREMIUM CALLS. What a rip off.

I ordered an iPhone 16e 7 days ago The next day received an email saying it was at packaging. Didnt receive any further communications. I emailed after 5 days received no response. I phoned again just an answering machine. I received a communication today from PayPal informing me of a refund. Obviously the phone was not available and could not have gone to packaging. Where is the customer communication here and why advertise a product you don’t have in stock.

As we fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis, we had initially tried to arrange new stock for you but were unfortunately unable to secure it in time. For this reason, a full refund was processed via PayPal.

Xiaomi 15 ultra
Slight confusion with initial order as the color I ordered was out of stock. Seentat customer service were very quick to resolve the order for me.
I'm extremely impressed with my new device which eventually arrived 1 day early.
There was not supposed to be a phone charger as advertised. There was a 90 watt fast charger in the box. That's a bonus and saved me more money.
Thanks to the Seentat team for a great service. I would highly recommend and I would definitely shop with Seentat again.
