Very disappointing
I had a very disappointing experience with SeekHR. I contacted three different recruiters regarding roles that closely matched my skills and experience, but not a single one responded. I also applied for several suitable vacancies and received no acknowledgement or feedback.
It's incredibly frustrating to miss out on opportunities simply because recruiters ignore messages from candidates. Communication is a basic expectation in recruitment, and unfortunately SeekHR fell well below that standard.
At what point does "my inbox is inundated with messages" stop being a valid excuse? If the founder also doesn't respond to messages, it certainly gives the impression that this lack of communication is accepted throughout the business.
I would not recommend using SeekHR. Then again, you probably won't have much choice because they never seem to respond.
