Didn't receive my order. Really bad experience. I got response to my complain with asking to wait, but after 2 weeks still nothing. Asked for a refund, but no more response from company.

Bad Customer Service from Seekheart eu.
Two weeks after order, confirmed, but still not even sent. Uncommunicative and very slow deliveries. Emails not replied to. A lot spent on advertising but little on customer service. (They are a good advert for fast Amazon deliveries!) Will not order again. Order #4484. Will wait a few days and then request a refund via Paypal Buyer Protection Programme. Use Paypal for extra security with this company.
Now very pleased to say that Paypal has now, (15 December), managed to get my money back from Seekheart. Unless you can afford to lose money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You have been warned.

Long delivery times & Cero customer service
The products arrived more than 2 weeks after purchase.
I tried twice to contact their customer service through email and their online form but nobody ever replied.
I actually thought this was a scam and my money will be just lost.
Luckily, the items arrived and so far they seem to work.
