Fake company

Fake company. I sent hundreds and nothing ever shipped. They did not respond to emails or calls. I contacted the local police dept and filed a report.

They say they will replace seed pods…

They say they will replace seed pods that do not sprout. From a two full sheet order only three pods sprouted and only the zucchini actually grew (one plant). I tried to get in touch with them to replace the pods, but at first the website didn't allow me to enter my info,and now the site is "parked" on GoDaddy, which probably means they have gone out of business. Because I got the sheets my credit card company won't refund my money (to be honest, the charge was in May and I finally gave up and tried to dispute the charge last month). This seems to be the only place I can complain anymore.

Seedsheets stole my payment; no order received

I placed a Seedsheets order for $270 in May of 2025. I have not received my order, and any attempt to email them has not gotten any response. Now when I attempt to bring up the website, it says it is expired. Basically, they blatantly stole my money, which was processed promptly. From other reviews it appears this is a pattern. I would love to hold them accountable.

Nothing's growing

When I ordered last year I thought I did something wrong when nothing grew. So I gave you the benefit of doubt and ordered from you again. I spent over $300. This year and my husband followed the instructions to a T, I am physically disabled so I couldn't help, but I watched him do everything. All that is growing are a few carrots and 1 tomato plant that doesn't look like it's going to produce anything. I evan planted the "extra" seed pods in another area of the yard, and got nothing. I haven't been able to contact customer service or anyone else at the company to get the "guaranteed" replacements or a refund. I am very disappointed in your company and a little angry at myself for wasting all of that money. I miss having my garden, I have always had one and I thought this would be easier on my husband. I need someone from the company to contact me to discuss the problem.

Zero stars,

I ordered May 15th 2025, $410.00 worth of garden. Never received anything. Sent 7 emails ( yes 7) through their website and off the info@seedsheets, no response, called their number mail box is full. Disputed charge with the credit card company after just shy of 2 months and their statement (Seed sheets) was we ship in 5-7 business days. Place is a scam, byuers beware. Took customers money and closed up shop.

This company stole $154 from me

******UPDATE: Citicard FINALLY resolved my dispute and made the credit for this purchase permanent. It took a LOT of calling and complaining and sharing these reviews to get them to act though; Seedsheets would send them some kind of minimal communication right before the deadline they had to respond to the dispute so they'd get another two months of time before the money they stole was taken back. It shouldn't be this hard to get refunds from obviously scam companies like this. I urge you all to be as annoying as possible until your bank issues you a credit and puts this company on their red flag list so it will be easier for others going forward!!!!******

This company stole $154 from me. I ordered nearly two months ago now and have received exactly ONE communication - a lengthy email explaining all the reasons they won't be able to get the product I ordered to me anytime soon, with no promise of a refund. Emails sent subsequently have been ignored. I am disputing it with my credit card but it takes months and all they have to do is reply to the credit card's message and it will be prolonged even further. What a scam - the company should be investigated and put out of business, DO. NOT. BUY!!!!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I had to contact the BBB in order to get my order sent. It took 1 month for my order to ship, and no one ever replied to my emails. Would NOT recommend.

Not worth the investment and terrible customer service

I was so excited to try this! I hired my brother who is a pro to til a new bed, enrich the soil, we built a fence for deer, we planted 4 of the 5 seed sheets weeks ago (no QR code, small little paper print out to go with it) the last sheet took weeks to get and only got it after I emailed 100 times. For those who keep track thats over $700 I spent. Now it's late June and too late to start again from seed and too late to buy good plants so we just won't have a garden. Less than 3 plants of MANY have made any progress or even sprouted. I am still gettin emails about investing in the company but can't get them to respond to my request for refunds from the "guarantee" they offer. I don't know if I can dispute the charges with Amex but i might try at this point. buyer beware.

Do not order. They ghosted me and I needed to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. No product was ever shipped. Still says processing order.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. I don't know what is going on this year with them, but there is no phone number and they are not responding to my emails. I ordered May 13 and, while my order has been paid for, I've not gotten anything. I did order last year and had great success. I was looking forward to another great year with them. Now I fear there won't be a garden or a refund.

I initially received my product in a…

I initially received my product in a timely manner ,but after that all went wrong. When I went to plant I noticed that some of the green stakes were missing. I reached out to the company for replacement - no response. Then after planting I reached out again because only one plant came up out of the 20 some planted. Still no response. I have been gardening for over 40 years. I know what I am doing. Steer away from this product. Steer away from this company. They are not interested in providing customer service !

Don’t buy

We placed a $300 order over a month ago and still have not received our order. We reached out to customer service many times and have gotten no response or refund. Now that it is almost June, I may not have time to plant anything in my garden. I DO NOT recommend buying!!!!!

Worse, they just do not respond to or acknowledge inquiries regarding your order. They are very quick to steal your money however. Have been unable to cancel or get my refund. Zero customer service. Horrible company.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. NEVER SHIPPED. SCAM. Ordered on April 22 and, same story as the others, never shipped. Build time when I ordered was 3 to 5 business days, and I paid for expedited shipping. Two weeks later, the order had not shipped and still showed that it was being prepared, so I emailed to cancel as it was going to be too late to plant when it arrived. No response. Followed up again to cancel. No response. Little did I know that they charged my card the full amount the day I placed the order, as opposed to when the order actually shipped. Disputed it with AMEX, and they promptly refunded my money - AMEX did, that is - not seedsheets. I really hope AMEX, BBB, etc. go after these scammers to recover monies. Incredibly disappointed. Thought I could count on a product backed by Shark Tank and on national television, and this has been one of the scammiest transactions I’ve been involved in.

Zero Stars. Same story as others. Ordered on April 22, and now May 22 with no shipment. Zero customer service. Had to download an app just to track a non-existent shipment No responses to emails. Just want a response or a refund. Total scam. Can we contact GMA or Sharktank not to promote this BS?
