Absolutely abysmal customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service. They were out of something and didn't think to tell me until after it was shipped. Now they are wanting to charging for a return. It was their issue that messed up my order. I should be able to get my money back and return the items free of charge. I use to like their company but now they barely release anything and it's terrible quality. The website is put together with hopes and dreams. Do not buy from them.
