I worked for the Liverpool branch and was given no real purpose from day one, other than answering calls and fannying about with excel spreadsheets. Gossiping is rife and no one is safe from the ops manager who is such an unprofessional gossip, divulging private conversations to all that would listen, with a desperate FOMO on gossip resulting in coming into the office rather than work from home. I had such high hopes for the role but was felled within a month by the toxicity of the workplace culture, I can see why there is a free bar to drown your sorrows for having to work in such a toxic gossip driven environment
