Only 2 weeks since my consultation about a new front door and today it’s fitted! Great service, product and price. Fitting only took about 3hrs. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. So happy I’ve found a reliable company.

Very quick to come out and price up a door and take your money. No where to be seen when you have a problem. We realised we had a problem when water started leaking into our house via the new door. We raised the issue immediately but were ignored for a week during horrendous storms. Securi glaze reluctantly sent someone out to take a look after we threatened legal action. By this point the damage was done. The frame was assessed as being "Twisted and Knackered" by a Securi glaze employee. We then tried to speak with the manager 'Sam Denby' about the problem but received only sarcasm and sexist remarks. They've no intention of correcting their fault and now ignore our calls, messages and letters. We're now in the process of sueing them for the faulty door and ruined wood floor. Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs

Can't fault the service from initial quote to final installation.. Competitively priced too, will definately recommend them. Great job Sam thanks!

Rockdoor order. Sam the owner answered my email promptly and came armed with tape measure and Rockdoor brochure
Sam knows his stuff and was able to a advise on every aspect of the Rock door I was looking for.
The price was excellent and to add to it the door arrived only 2 weeks after it was ordered. I was able to have the door fitted the day after it arrived. The fitting was done really well with minimal fuss and all old stuff was removed. The door is prefect and comes with a 10yr warranty. Would very much recommend Securi Glaze and will def use again. I first contacted SecuriGlaze on 5th August this year with a request for a quote to supply a new double glazed unit with a hole cut for fitting a cat flap. By the 31st August, the entire job was complete to our complete satisfaction. This included the initial visit from Sam who was punctual and polite, he came to check our requirements and measure up. I was then informed that the unit had been ordered and shortly after that was contacted to arrange the fitting. This was done by 2 guys who were clean, tidy and courteous in their work. They checked that I had no use for the old unit before they binned it and even reattached my blinds to the new unit for me. They then fitted the cat flap and said it was all ready for use. When I said that the cats couldn’t go out quite yet as too young, he was quick to ensure that the cat flap was locked from the inside so they couldn’t escape!! I cannot think of any way that this job could have been better. Everyone I dealt with was professional, punctual and communicative and the job was fairly priced. Will use again if needed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I first used Securi Glaze 2 years ago for a new front door which I am still very happy with. This year, I used them again for a new back door and a repair to 2 old upstairs window mechanisms that were broken so I could open the windows. Being a bit of a fuss pot, I did have to call them back because I noticed a tiny (maybe 2mm) overspray mark near the clear glass that was in my back door). Most people wouldn't have even noticed such a mark but I did. I contacted Sam who was brilliant and arranged to send the fitters back at a convenient time, they removed the glass & the tiny mark and then put it all back together for me, perfect! What I like the most about this local company is their 'can do' attitude, twinned with their very reasonable pricing and friendly service. I highly recommend them and if I have any glazing needs in the future.. they would always be my very first call.

After we had a Rock door fitted about 2 years ago, we have been trying to get in contact for over the past 3 and half months to ask what’s happened with our door, because it has split the whole way across the middle. Not something you expect on over £2000 worth of door.
Not one phone call or any type of acknowledgment!
No after sales care at all!
Would avoid!!

Great communication throughout the process from Sam. Excellent workmanship from Karl the door fitter, who was a very nice, friendly, helpful chap. My door was a tricky fit on one side but Karl managed to fit the door no problem. Very professional and tidy service from these guys.

Great company to deal with. Sam was so helpful, after enquiring through the website he got back to me straight away and then came the next day to measure up. Took a few weeks for the door to arrive which was good for us as we needed to get a new lintel fitted prior. Door was fitted today by an excellent friendly install team, took a couple of hours and they cleared up all mess. Would definately recommend Securi Glaze and if we need anymore doors or windows replacing I will definately be in touch.

Fitted a Rock door and a new kitchen window. Communication was great throughout the process and work was done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!
