Investing in a security system is a veritable minefield. The salesperson, Sam, was patient, experienced and dedicated to delivering a five star service. Problem was solved
Problem was solved, but took ages between emails. When it didn't work, had to arrange for a call that had to be the next day as everyone was busy. Problem was fixed in 10 minutes then rather than the hour and a half the day before. Need telephone support more quickly.
