Of course, I thought this could be a scam. I asked for an explanation, they couldn’t give me any so I await the explanation I have requested after lodging a complaint……

OVERALL GOOD
Used secure trust for a few months.l interest rate dropped on the 18th September so removed funds to another provider however have not received an interest payment for the 18 days that the interest sat for.i little disappointed here as really like the use of the app and transferring

I have been banking with Secure Trust bank for several years now -having had a number of different saving accounts with them. I always am able to get through to someone on the phone and find their customer service second to none. They are always helpful, and thoughtful at suggesting products which offer a higher interest rate. I would def. recommend them to anyone considering opening a new account.

Opening an account is quick and straight forward
Opening an account is straight forward, any response is quick and to the point. This time I was transferring a mature ISA and adding this years ISA allowance. I have used Secure Bank a few years ago for a fixed rate savings account and again they were very helpful and efficient then.

Simple easy online application for ISA. Having searched for rates Secure bank was among the best on offer for the period we required. Transfer from existing provider was straight forward.
