Confusing experience
Confusing experience. Tickets were delivered in one file, no way to give one ticket to another person. Ticket images look fake and no names in tickets. I hope they work in the night of the concert.

My wife and I purchased early…
My wife and I purchased early anniversary tickets for Ali Wong in New York. Now with the Corona Virus outbreak, they are refusing to refund the purchase. Saying that since the show is postponed it is still valid. they offered no help or assurance and put the pressure back on me to deal with the ticktes. The lack of compassion or outside the box thinking shows what a limited organization this is. I regret using them and will not be doing so in the future. I would advise to use a different company to purchase tickets, one that is able to understand a major health crisis and adapt policy.
