I reached out looking for a refund for a product that made my computer crash and the program was completely unusable. Xsolla replied stating their refund policy states the sale is final. I pointed out the refund was within bounds per their own policy, which they refuse to acknowledge. Then they tried to pawn me off to a different companies customer service now backtracking on the original claim that their "refund policy states the sale was final" instead claiming the refund was denied due to "information from customer service". Needless to say I'll be taking this up with my financial institution and filing a claim against this company. Complete scam save your money.

Watch out, they work together with the scam company Voice.AI. I paid for unlimited lifetime for voice.ai but didnt receive any new features compared to my free account. Xsolla says it went through and I have to contact Voice.AI. But Voice.AI doesn't do anything to help me. I found out that im not the only one with this problem and that they both cover for eachother basicly. Be aware before you buy anything through them.

Had to reach out to the costumer service for a fraud case. I was told it would take 4-5 business days for the reply leading up the investigation. I received a reply in less than 5 hours! I want to warn everyone about Xsolla. I have never used their service, never registered with them, and have no clue who they are. Yet when I checked my card statement, I found their name listed 15 times with identical charges of ₱6,062.01 each, totaling ₱90,930.15 (around $1,600 USD).
This is not me at all. These charges are completely UNAUTHORIZED. I rarely use my card, and whenever I do, I normally receive email notifications. In this case, I received none. I only discovered the fraud when I saw my statement.
When I contacted Xsolla, they refused to disclose the identity of the fraudulent user and gave me a generic excuse about “bank security checks.” Clearly, no security checks happened — no legitimate person would charge a card 15 times for the same game purchase.
Instead of helping the rightful cardholder, Xsolla appears to be protecting scammers. Their refusal to provide documents or transaction details raises serious concerns about their practices.
This is a serious scam, not just bad customer service. I am reporting this case to the Philippine National Police and escalating it with my bank.

I purchased 'Escape from Tarkov', but I applied for a refund on the same day. They basically asked me to contact Battle.au customer service, but they stuck with the ticket and didn't process it. It has been dragging on for more than a week, and the game is difficult to drive. Even when adjusted to the lowest picture quality, it is only 36fps, making it impossible to play this game. The place where refunds are requested also does not allow games that add refunds, which is basically a tyrannical clause. I am truly saddened by this service, and I have also purchased many Steam games. Occasionally, I would refund a few games that did not meet my expectations. This is normal, only by actually playing the game can we know. But the delay in applying for a refund in the first place really lowers the expectations of this company, and many people will not like such a company.
