FRAUD

FRAUD! I purchased Football manager 2026 on Xsolla following the FM26 official site instruction for Epic Games. The redeem code did not work! I reached out to their customer service and they didn't take responsibility, asking me to check with the game publisher!

after wasting 2 days back and forth, epic games confirms that the code i received is not on their system, and i had to go back to xsolla again!

This time, the customer service asked me to screen cap bank transaction proof and would give me a new code. after half an hour of back and forth, she sent me the code i had, what the F.

2 days after I paid for the game, I am still WASTING time with customer service of XSOLLA, EPIC GAMES, SEGA.

What a SHXT show.

Won't help with fraud

Absolutely horrible. Someone bought stuff with my name on roblox and xsolla refuses to reverse the invoice even though I've told them to ban the account and ban myself from using their services. I've never used their services in the first place so no loss there. They keep saying "we take fraud seriously" and then just flip the script with "you did it, you pay!". Police report filed.

Great Support!

Had a payment issue, the support rep helped me track it down and resolve it, it was a lot of back and forth testing but they stuck with me until we figured out the issue and resolved it.

It was amazing

It was amazing, it was so swift and stress free. It's probably the best customer service i've experienced in a long while. I was having issues with my light stream account and it was resolved in minutes.

They dont care about minors doing transactions.

I have contacted Xsolla for unauthorized transactions that my son made in Roblox without my consent. I have provided all the receipts and asked for a refund. They know the roblox account and they know that account is a minor account. They notified me that because he used the robux he received(which is obviously the purpose of purchasing robux!!!), therefore they cannot refund me the transactions that a 9 year old minor placed. They dont even have a pincode or sms or email verification in the flow of purchase. my 9 year old can easily buy robux for himself without asking me anything. So easy to use, so convenient. May Allah give them and the roblox team what they deserve. Those money is haram for you. Stay away from them. Allah knows the best

Bad process, poor customer service

Bad process, poor customer experience. Had a problem with my transaction. They initially told me that they have not received any payment from my bank then, I called my bank and they have tried to dispute the transaction. Week later, dispute was cancelled as merchant "xSolla" told them that the transaction was successful. Then I have contacted them for nth time and has put my concern on hold indefinitely. I really would not recommend this

Shady scamming company

Shady scamming company. They charge and not credit you for the purchase and then refuse to help make it right. Service is terrible. I even reached out to their CEO and president and they wouldn't help. That says a lot about their company when their leadership doesn't care to help.
