Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They lost my order. Delivered someone else’s order to me. Courier still hasn’t picked up the return of the incorrect order delivered to me. Zero customer service. Commented on a post of theirs on Instagram about the issue I faced hoping to speak to a person because their chat support is a hassle and inefficient. They reported my comment because they couldn’t deal with the issue they caused and now Instagram isn’t letting me comment on anything. Worst online shopping experience ever. With the kind of service they offer, their prices should not be more than Shein but they are on the H&M side or more with pricing. They lost my order and they’re claiming they will refund my money once they get back the incorrect order they sent me but no one has come picked up the return yet. And after reading all the reviews I don’t think they will even process the refund in an efficient manner.
