Section Reviews 

Ordered on 27th April and haven’t received the items despite the proclaimed 1-3 days delivery service. I have emailed on 3 occasions and had no response to whats happening. I was sceptical about them after reading reviews and this has confirmed not to use them.

I ordered a pair of jeans on the 26/4/19. Still they have not come despite stating they are shipping within 1-3 days. I have emailed twice and have had nothing back. Scam company...

Order a pair of jean on the april 19th was meant to be delivered 1-3 working days its now may 3rd still have not received my £60 jeans im absolutely fuming what a scam emailed them on 3 occasions during this tine period and have not received any response!

If I could put half a star for a rating I would!

Second review on here as they’re clearly ignoring my situation and continue to scam other customers.

I got a reply to email about my situation from my first review, yet more than 2 weeks later, still no reply!

Their customer service is an absolute joke and of course I still have not received my jeans. I really didn’t think it was this hard to value your customers and satisfy them knowing they have chosen to spend their hard earned money on their company!

I will definitely be taking this further now because if you will go back and read my previous review, you might understand the amount of frustration this situation causes.

Great quality stuff and really good customer service

Shopped at Section a few times now and can’t fault it. The website is easy to navigate around and they have a great choice of clothing.

The clothes themselves are a bargain in theory, the quality and craftsman ship could easily hold a higher price, so it’s a win win all in all.

I accidentally ordered a pair of jeans in the wrong size, so I contacted the guys at Section and they were more than happy to help and rectify the issue, even though it was my mistake. Communication was quick and effective.

Definitely my first port of call for clothes, and with new lines coming in as regularly as they do, it’s a no brainer from me.

Could not fault this company, I had to return a few items and got refunded before they even got it back in the warehouse, all I needed was my proof of postage. I can honestly say I had no hassle shopping with section.

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans in February and payment was promptly taken. Apparently my order was delayed as Section Clothing were moving facility and then there was a backlog, My order was then also apparently despatched but no tracking details were available. They even had the cheek to send an email asking if I had received the jeans even though they never despatched them! Eventually cancelled my order as this company are clearly incompetent end of March, after realising I would never receive the order. The company acknowledged the cancellation of the order and, we are nearly at the end of April and I am still waiting for my refund. Sent emails chasing the refund and they just don't bother to reply. Appalling customer service !
Have today contacted my bank and asked for the charge to be disputed with them.

I have ordered jeans from here before and no problem but this time I ordered jeans 4wks ago and after sending up to 6 emails and no reply I still haven’t received my order or refund, what kind of business is this? Update: after a month of sending emails I finally received my item yesterday

Worst company I have ever dealt with absolute scam, shambolic of a company I’m now taking legal action

I ordered a pair of jeans and two shirts a month ago, the website said it would take between 7-10 days for my order to be delivered, I've since emailed three times on the customer care email that they provide and on two occasions they have failed to respond. It's unprofessional and unacceptable. Just wanting a simple and clear answer as to where my order is and why it has taken so long

Had no problems with my order. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be patronising section in the future

I have ordered 4 times currently waiting for my 4th order. Each time I’ve been happy. The delivery times have varied but always within the timeframe given, love the product. Would recommend

My jeans fit so well. And it looks exactly like the image displayed on website and socials. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a tracksuit and a bikini and was happy with the quality, had to return the bikini and was happy with the customer service

Terrible company. Ordered 6th March. No order received.
Emailed 17 times. Responded saying it would be delivered last week. Still nothing.
They have only responded twice.
Contacting fraud department of my bank. They say they have had loads of complaints.
DO NOT ORDER OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
