GANESAN is the best.

I have had a very bad experience with OV validation support, but GANESAN is the best. He understands you very well and provides quick and effective solutions. GANESAN is definitely the best among the entire SECTIGO support team. I wish GANESAN would always assist me whenever I request support. :)

Fast and efficient!

Dinesh provided swift, helpful, and precise assistance on the phone during the SSL validation process. I wish I did not have a hearing problem as I required him to repeat himself a number of times. He demonstrated excellent patience while dealing with me.

Mohamed Ashak Rasool

Mohamed Ashak Rasool, was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me with the installation of the temporary certificate. Currently he is pulling strings to get the primary certificate out as fast as possible. Thankyou once again. Great work!!!

Fantastic support team

Sectigo has one of the best support teams I have used. When contacting support, I was able to get an e-mail response within hours or a response on the phone within minutes. The reps were always knowledgeable--which is very important for a support team.

Good tech support but web instructions outdated

The tech support I spoke to were very good and friendly and patient!! With their help I was able to get the cert installed. Unfortunately it took DAYS to get it installed. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the outdated instructions!! The Zimbra GUI installation was for comodo and not sectigo! Got to update guys.
