This is a good company with good customer service. My low score is solely based on their incorrect claims of digital security for your cards. I tapped my wallet for the Chicago Transit system and the reader also charged a credit card in the "secure" metal folder. Since my sole purpose of buying this minimalist style wallet was to preclude this very event from happening, I am justifiably concerned for other consumers and angered for my own experience.

I have to commend Segrid not only their great product but on their fantastic customer service.
Any contact I have had with them has been 5 star with prompt responses and they couldn't be any more helpful.
Not only is this the only wallet I will ever buy again it has helped me so much, due to medical illness I struggle with dexterity which filled me with dread when trying to make payments however this product has eliminated this issue which I am forever grateful for.
Wallet is great quality, looks great and I cant recommend enough for anyone thinking of buying.
I love the look of this wallet and wanted it to actually work. I've had two and I'm done. I've now had two cards fall out of the wallet, which forces me to cancel all auto pays and start over. I've never had a card fall out of a wallet until this one. The mechanism is a great idea, it just doesn't hold well.

Not quite two years ago, in the fall of 2022, I happened upon a Secrid wallet in a favorite mens store. I wasn't sure if the asking price was worth the cost of admission and wanted to do a bit a research, plus it was nearly Christmas. Santa must not have heard me, so I ordered the Premium Mini Wallet the day after Christmas.
After receiving my order and several months of use, I was deeply impressed with the quality and the truth in advertising found in the Secrid website. The company speaks of quality workmanship and craftsmanship, and I was happy to be holding their product. It worked flawlessly, as advertised.
A few weeks ago, a few credit cards started to fall out of the slot. I wanted to get it repaired, it seemed like the felt on the sides was worn a bit, I like to fix things, not throw them away.
I wrote to Secrid and asked for guidance, and to my surprise the prompt reply indicated they were sending a new wallet and requested the old one be returned for their quality control department to investigate. No questions asked.
I'm writing to say the customer service is amazing, the product is definitely worth the price, and I am a Secrid fan for life. Buy one, or several, you will never find a better wallet or caring company! Thank you Secrid.

The money holder tore after years of use, and, without any request for a free replacement, they just solved the issue fast and shipped me a replacement part that I need to replace myself. Easy and fast, customer service can't be better than this.
Have my wallet since 2017/18. No issue until recently the cards were falling out of the slot. Contacted support and they couldn’t be more helpful. The wallet is almost 7 years old, out of warranty, but they are sending me the parts to fix it free of charge, along with instructions.
I’m really impressed with the speed of response and the lengths this company have gone to to ensure I can keep using my wallet (which I love). Not many companies giving this level of commitment to their customers these days.

This is my second Secrid Wallet, the first was fine if a little worn and battered ! I wish i had stuck with it, my son brought me a new version for Christmas, the card holder is attached by velcro and keeps coming apart. Disappointing

Had en malfunction on my secrid emailt them true the website. they got back to me in an day and as the website also asked for pictures and i had send them. They send me the replacement parts. i have had the wallet for years and never had any complains. Now their customer care also was very good and responded very fast.
This compact wallet carries all my cards easily and getting at them is simple. The RF protection gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this wallet.
I have had my secrid wallet for about 10 years give and take.. And I have allways loved it.
The last year i noticed the cards began to become loose. So I contacted the secrid team after I learned it was possible to repair it.
The team was super friendly and helpful, eventhough the product was that old.
They send me a repair kit and a video explaining how to fix it.
Now after 10 years, my wallet is like new!
And it didn't cost me anything. It was complimentary.

I have bought a Wallet Secrid years ago and it does its purpose. Simple and durable. The only drawback is in the friction pads on the sides which after some years deteriorate and the cards tends to slip out of the wallet. they have solved the problem by offering free repair and care. I went to on of the sponsorized shops and fix it in 5 minutes. What else ??
Went last Sunday to the Secrid brandstore in Rotterdam for a customised wallet. What a great experience!!! After choosing my layout the very friendly lady Merel starts to assemble it. While I strolled trough the amazing store with my offered coffee. Then after assembly she laser engraved it and boxed it. Payed and ready to go with my customised Secrid. Thank you very much for the experience
Worst customer „service“ experience, ever!
I have sent in my wallet for repair of the slider. After 3 months and several phone calls and mails with different guys from customer support I have to live with the promise that next week someone will sent me my repaired or a new wallet. But nothing happens.
The product is actually good (when not broke) but the service makes me sad.

I got my Cardprotector from Secrid for over five years when it broke. I went to a Care & Repair point and they fixed it for free(!). It's good to find such a customer-friendly company these days.
I’ve had two of their wallets, a single and a double. I gave the single to my dad having dexterity issues from Parkinson’s and bought myself a double. That was 8 years ago.
Just in the last couple of weeks, I had a card start coming out on its own so I checked about repair or replacement.
Very pleasantly surprised that they actually do repair. In our throw away society, it is nice to know a company actually thinks about their design and makes the product to be repaired. And to boot, it was free and quick.
More businesses should operate this way.
The adhesive tape on my wallet came loose so the wallet fell apart after 3 months. For this price I'm not very happy. I sent this off to be repaired thinking they would do what they say on the email I received from customer service, but no. They have had my wallet "in repair" for over a month. I email them and they come back that it was not labeled for repair so it will be a little bit longer due to the high volume of repairs. This should be a red flag! I will not buy another wallet from them since you cannot have more than a few bills in the wallet or it will fall apart. I will not recommend this wallet either.

I ordered the lovely Original Green Mini wallet, but was shipped something that looked black. Customer service refused to ship a replacement. I had to escelate the issue and the new reps was very helpful but was shipped another wallet that looks black. The color represented on the website is false and this resulted in a very disappointing experience. This site does not allow photos to be uploaded, but DO NOT order a green wallet unless you really want a green SO dark that is mistaken for black.
