My purchase never arrived, which I have already informed you about.

It took more than 1month for the product to arrive. I have been given a tracking number before but it doesn’t work.

The product turned up eventually, yet to see if it fits property on mower. Appears to be a cheap Chinese product and not genuine or oem. It was meant to take around seven days for delivery. It took well over five weeks and has appeared to have come from somewhere in the USA. Overpriced as I went with this company As my mower was out of action and needed the parts quick thinking it would come from Aus faster. They appeared to be Australian and expected a quicker turnaround time I should’ve bought directly from The USA it would’ve been cheaper and faster to handle myself. Customer service emails were just generic templates when I tried chasing this with their team. Very poor overall.

How can I rate when I haven’t even received my item

Was under the impression it would take the 2 weeks. Its been a month and still waiting.
Said it was free delivery in NSW - charged $30
Sent emails to contact about it - no replies.
Not overly impressed. The product better be as good as it says as its why I chose it as with delivery its cost more than others.

order no #10529 placed an order on the 1/07/2024. still have not received the item ordered.

This service is a joke! I placed my order on the 26th June and it’s now the 2nd August and still no delivery of my order. I have asked for updates multiple times and cannot get a proper answer of when it will arrive besides “check the tracking” which hasn’t even updated since the 21st July. Terrible experience so far do not order from this company!!!

Postage was over 5 weeks , considering I assumed the .au meant I was buying from a Australian store, then to be told couldn’t post to a P.O. Box.. poor experience

Order was eventually delivered many weeks after placement and payment. In frustration with the delay and needing the material for urgent repairs , another order for same material was placed with Amazon and delivered within the week - not good enough Secretgreen.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company and am hoping that this review amongst all the other negative reviews from customers will help avoid future disappointment to others.

I thankfully did receive an email response but clearly their customer service team utilises generic email templates and are completely unaware of how the website operates.

I purchased a product online and only after contacting the company for an update was advised the item was ‘out of stock’ however wasn’t when placing the order.

Happy to take your money and attempt to avoid all contact in hopes that you forget you placed the order - still awaiting a refund as I am writing this.

Do yourself a favour and stay a million miles away from this company and do you best to share with all family and friends.

Hopefully they go under soon enough!

Do not buy from this site, it's poorly run and they don't reply to emails and the phone number is disconnected. They have posted the wrong item and have yet to reply to my emails from 4 days ago to help sort this out. Don't let the reviews on this site fool you.

There on line order system was easy to use and their deliver time fantastic! Well done will certainly use this company again. Fantastic all round 👏🏻

False promises with delivery times, will not respond to emails, the chat function online does not work. Promised 12 days delivery and it is almost a month and no sign of the order. Have sent countless emails following up as tracking is not showing any progress but no response at all. Very very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for my paid goods
