My boost pump went on the fritz after about 15 months, I ordered another one off their website, but also asked mike if it was under warranty. He said yes, and credited my card the full amount of the order, GREAT WORK, seawater pro, I am glad I chose you as my water maker.

I sent an email requesting a fitting, before I had a chance to receive and read the reply email the part was already on the way. You can't beat customer service like that. Great Job!

I’m very happy with the water maker, but not a fan of the push connections — they have a tendency to leak on me, so I will be replacing them with barbed hose fittings and clamps. Overall I am quite happy with my purchase.

The machine is working well

Mike made the experience great. I was replacing the workings of an old water maker and with his help and some excellent videos, we came up with a great solution. The complete kit arrived a week after in perfect shape, excellent materials and I look forward to an easy install.

I called ahead prior to ordering and asked a few questions and all were answered and explained clearly. We ended up ordering a 40gph system which was delivered on time, with all main components tested prior to shipping. ( even included extra parts, and yes they're serious about " Don't over tighten the tubing connections). the hardest part of the project was how did I want to lay out the components, so that it was all easy to access but didn't block my access to other systems. after that was figured out installing was a breeze, and when testing no leaks no problems, everything worked great!
We would highly recommend this system, its simple not complicated and very straightforward in assembly and in operation.
We'll be putting it to work for a month long cruise up the coast into British Columbia waters and Northern Puget Sound, and will provide an update afterwards.

Customer services leaves much to be desired. I’ve called twice, both times I received a very short response. Today I texted with a question and this is the response I received verbatim:

“What you're missing is that you haven't read the manual, I'm really not here to read it for you.”

BTW, I’ve read the manual, looks great and has great information for installation, but has minimal info for operating the equipment and none for the info I needed. Life is too short to deal with arrogant vendors like this.

Wally explained everything but then he sent the install manual, which was a big help. It has all the specs and dimensions that made ordering with the knowledge that it would actually fit. Water maker arrived in 5 days!!!
