We needed new pre filters for our sea water pro desalination equipment. Their website was easy to navigate and the shipment was fast and perfect.

First off…five stars, the product is amazing and the sea pro group is excellent. Now for little bit of constructive advise.. every thing was there , I had to do very little in the way of fabrication but that had to do with my boat, not the product. ( well discus installing a through hull fitting while in the water offline). None of the fittings were tightened…with is fine, a statement in the instructions would be nice…no torque specs for the diaphragm rods,….and a more detail on the electrical side of things would be nice, with a statement that no wiring is included. Other than that I love it and I’m making water as advertised..thank you seapro you guys absolutely rock

The ordering process, system information and shipping are fantastic tho it will be a couple of years before I will be able to run the system as it is part of a 90% restoration. I did not realize the membrane was installed in the new system until after it was ordered, hope it is well preserved....

I was a little surprised by the high pressure hose I received, based on my expectations. The website shows a pretty blue hose and doesn't refer to the product detail other than the fittings (which appear to be great). What I received was black Balflex hydraulic hose which the manufacture states is used in applications that transfer petroleum based fluid... I'm aware that an NSF rated hose is not necessary because of the reverse osmosis process, but with all the pressure washer and water application rated high pressure hoses available and the end fittings being the biggest expense.... Why hydraulic hose? And why not state that on the website? I guess I'm partially to blame for not doing my due diligence and assuming based on a picture.

Not quite sure where the responser's reference of me coming to their warehouse is coming from. I purchased hoses through your website that were represented on your website as blue silicone coated NSF braided stainless, and I received wire reinforced black hydraulic hose.

Glad they are now shipping NSF hoses, and I hope they are the beautiful blue hoses they represented on their website at the time of my purchase, but that still leaves me with hydraulic hoses. Nothing like the twang of rubber tire in your water!

Just received our 40 gph water maker. Everything arrived safely and well packed. The “manual” is clear but all pictures, no verbiage. The fittings appear to be high quality. We hope the installation goes smoothly.
