Very Concerning Experience

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
I purchased a CERTIFICATE HOLDER more than two weeks ago, and despite making several attempts to contact the company for an update on the status of my order, I have received absolutely no response.
The only customer service channel available is through their website, but they completely ignore all messages and provide no information whatsoever about the status of the order.
I also submitted a review through the link provided by the company after completing my purchase. However, my review was never published on their website, which raises further concerns about the transparency of their business practices.
This complete lack of communication is extremely concerning. At this point, I am seriously concerned that I may have been scammed.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order.
