We finally found the couch we had been looking for! Dylan was incredibly helpful in configuring everything exactly to our liking, and we ended up choosing the Bolano couch.

We bought a sofa over 2 years ago initaly it was delivered way later than promised. Then after a few months of light usage the fabric started to rip apart. We had to return the sofe ourselfs and they said they will fix it in a couple of weeks. We never heard anything from them after few months we went back and they lost our sofa becouse a system issue. They never want to help an already paid customer so you always have to raise your voice and accidently the backoffice can help right away... After long discussion they re-ordered our sofa and promised that they deliver it free. Long behold the sofa is ready they call me that I have to pick it up within two days. I had to go back to the office, I asked why don't keep their promise and they kept telling I have to pay or pick it up myself. After an hour long intense discussion they can deliver it for free. let's see if they will keep their promise.

I went to Zalt Bommel on Nov 10 and was leaving the shop because I was indecisive between two models (sofa "Dubai" and sofa "Argentina") + final seating configuration of the sofa. I was assured that since both the sofas were 2000+ Euros, it was ok to pay 500 Euros at that moment and come back next week to finalize the sofa model, seating configurations and colour of category 4 fabric. Upon realizing that "2-H-2-Island" was too big for our living room in the new house, I immediately drove to Zalt Bommel to change the seating to "1-H-2-Island", but our salesman (who sold us the couch) was not working that day. We were asked to come another day.

Today, I called to ensure that our salesman was working and that I can visit to finalize the sofa model, fabric and sizing configurations. What happened next, was nothing less than a nightmare! When I wanted to buy the sofa with one reduced seat, I expected a reduction in price accordingly. But, the manager (Richard) was overpowering in the conversation and didn't even let me speak. He mistreated me and started shouting and was not ready at all to listen to anything that I as a customer had to say. After this telephonic conversation and being mistreated, I directly drove to the store at 19:10 hours today. In the store, the situation escalated quickly and other customers had to calm down the manager and ask him to be polite to me. Lot of things happened thereafter which I wont be writing right away because I was assured that the "head office" will resolve my matter. Since the head office was closed at that time, I will call them on Monday. Based on the response and treatment from the head office, I will update my review here.

Based on my horrific experience today, I strongly advise everyone to not do business with this brand.

Very good service

I don't usually write reviews, but this situation got me off my shoes.this company is very good at pre sales but the worst at after sales. I bought a sofa for 1700€ (I was very satisfied with my choice and the product in the showroom until the delivery, I received the sofa with one hole drilled incorrectly. The same day I have called and asked for repair or replacement but rudely after I wrote some emails, they informed me that
it will be at my own cost. Don't be tricked with the nice talks when you wanna buy because you might end up like me buying a new bed or sofa but paying extra for the repair.
