I paid 500 euros as down payment while ordering a sofa, they promised within 6 months my sofa will be delivered, I waited almost 9 months to get pickup my sofa from the store. Once I visited stored they mentioned your sofa is ready now you can pay the remaining amount. I believed their words and I paid 1 month installment like 325 euro and they enrolled in their system, after that they gave me shock that one part is missing out of 4. This really frustrating me that they made me to pay the money after that they informed 1 part is missing now you need to wait until it arrives the store meanwhile you allowed to pay the upcoming payments for 2 months otherwise there will be penalty. They are very rude that we can’t help it it and we dono when you will get the remaining parts but you need to pay the amount. I was totally scammed and treated very rude you can’t escape you should pay otherwise you will face consequences. I wish please don’t vist the store anymore they will talk nicely to make an order once you make order they will threaten. Even womens staff they also big scammer they will use womens card and threaten you. I faced many discrimination no supports always fake promises and lies fully ruthless rowdies in the store it’s not safe to visit if you are innocent

We had a great experience with Seats and Sofas. The sofa quality is excellent, very comfortable, and looks stylish in our home. The material and finishing feel premium, and it fits perfectly with our interior.

The staff especially Aness and Aswieta was helpful and guided us well in choosing the right color and design. Delivery was smooth and on time. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Seats and Sofas to others.

Today I bought the sofa Georgia model from seats and sofa Utrecht, gave nice price deal on black friday. Good supportive staffs - Aness, Sercan, Aswieta and Siem from the show room helped to explain and gave customer fabric option. And deal done.

The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. They are very patient and will help you to find the right sofa for you with the right price.

We were welcomed with proper greetings and drinks, which was really a nice gesture. The sales attendant Jesse helped us understand the selection process as we were completely unaware of it since it was our first time buying a furniture from such stores in NL. The store has multiple options to look from and most of them can be customised to your needs and liking. Once we finalised on the type of sofa w.r.t. the sitting feel and comfort, we were helped by Jesse to decide on the orientation since we had selected a U shaped couch. He patiently drew the living room shape and tried explaining how the coach will look with different angles, which was really helpful. After that the material selection for couch cover was done. Jesse also suggested to check the cover design and colour in natural light instead of store lights as the store lights sometime tends to give wrong idea. This suggestion was also very helpful. So overall we had a great shopping experience at the Nieuwegein store. I would highly recommend it.

We got great support with the staff to select a sofa for our apartment. There is a huge selection of sofas and configurations and materials and colours. I'd like to thank our specific assistant - Lorenzo - he made sure to find us exactly what we need within our price range and make sure we have a great sofa for our apartment.

They delivered the wrong product itself and it was never corrected. Once they get the money it's over. Your problem will never be resolved.

If your time is valuable then it's not the company to work with.

Because we were totally satisfied by the amount of products we saw. Also the employee was so kind and helpful that made our purchase much much easier! He really did his best! And the price couldn't be better!

Awful. I wish I read the reviews online before going there. I was fooled by the aggressive sales tactics coming from the manager, though the salesman was very nice, and ordered a sofa and paid 100% in one evening. The next morning (to inform them as early as possible) I called to explain that I measured the entrance to my apartment and realized that it will be too small for the ordered sofa. I had already sent a sofa back to another seller because it was too big. Seats and Sofa tells me that they will charge me 30% of the price of the purchased item and if I decide to pick a smaller sofa, they will not give me any money back. Ever since two weeks, I have been in contact with them. Each time, they promise to call later, the next day, etc. to resolve the issue but then no one calls me. They still have my money and I have to continuously run after them. UNACCEPTABLE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!

Please take the negative reviews seriously before buying a sofa here. I made the mistake of ignoring those reviews and just wasted my money

Don't even enter the shop just to browse. The salespeople will follow you persistently and pressure you to buy using their sales tactics.

Check their website; you won't find their contact numbers or email addresses. This tells you a lot about their service. You always have to contact them through a contact form.

Issue 1: The cushions on some seats are very hard while others are very soft. I've never seen such inconsistent quality in a sofa.
Issue 2: The fabric on the sofa started fraying within a month.

My family went to look at sofas in Nieuwgien, we were treated very well at the entry. The staff was always available and also walking to us when we needed them. They also helped us understand the various types of fabrics and in the end understood our requirements and proposed a nice sofa. We now have to wait for the delivery.

Recently I bought a Sofa from Seats and Sofas, though the showroom people helped and managed well but after-sales was a disaster.

When I got the sofa delivered (through an external delivery service that too was suggested by the people there) I found a defect in the gap between the storage and top, that was immediately found and informed to the delivery person, they asked to call the showroom. After which the person in the call asked me to drop the mail. Later that day I got the call and they were asking me to bring the sofa back or pay the charges to fix that.
Note:- This is a fabrication mistake, when I mentioned that, I was told that this is their procedure.

First of all, I paid the delivery cost as extra (150 euros) during my purchase. They are not ready to think about how can a customer pay/bear the cost of the manufacturing defect (50 Euros) eventhough it was mentioned at the same time of delivery.

Latest sofa they have. All employees are very friendly. Shop is very neat and clean. Specially Toilet is cleaned super. I have best experience about furniture shop in Netherlands.

Service was provided very nicely and we were also attended by the people very friendly.
