We walked into the store and were helped by very friendly staff. Found our dream couch (x2 bought), the salesman was so helpful, and got a nice discount as well. The service was amazing, from all the staff we encountered, including the lady at the desk processing the order. Hope the delivery will be fast as well.

After seeing a Seats and Sofas sofa at our friends house, we decided to also go there when choosing our new sofa. We went there twice. First time, was not exactly as expected. We didn't have any help from vendors so couldn't find anything at our pleasing. After discussing with our friends, they explained that we would need a vendor to help us build the perfect sofa for us. We then gave the store a second chance, and indeed it's very different if you shop there with someone helping you. Ruben helped us on that day, and he was very patient and friendly in helping us to build our dream sofa, even though we had second thoughts throughout the process. Worth noticing that you need to go there with time because they do have many possible options to build exactly what you wish since their modular system is very adaptable, and they have many fabric options from different price ranges. Also, they have nice room to give you nice discounts to support and encourage you to buy their product. Another important thing to know is that they can take quite some time (6-12 weeks) to deliver your new sofa since it's most of the times tailor made for you. We're now patiently waiting for our sofa to arrive, but seeing how our friend's sofa look I'm sur we won't be disappointed.

Surprisingly, mostly everything went well during the purchase. It's been a few months already and the sofa is fine. Delivery was on time but the delivery fee was very high. The delivery fee should have been included in the price.

I wish we could get the sofa that we wanted from the showroom. It wasn't not in ready stock and wanted to get the showroom model but that wasn't an option.

The staffs here are very welcoming! Special mention to Wassim and Gerrit who helped us to choose the perfect sofa. They are very knowledgeable about the products they have and they are very accommodating with all the questions you have.

I listed out my wishes for a couch and was shown all the options matching my needs. During the process was offered coffee by the employee helping me find the right one. In the end agreed on a price of a made to order couch and had the whole process be quite simple and fast.

They were nice when i went to buy a sofa in their shop in Gronengin,
but after i bought, i went to them maybe 2 monthes ago with a complaint and sent many emails that i got my order with a lot of dirty spots and crack
they totally ignored my complaint, the employee there said to me we don't have time to handle your complaint.

Wide options and good guidance from sales rep

Received an email today from YOU saying you had our couch ready to collect. We rented a trailer and travelled 55km to go get it. We arrive at the store and the worker tells us our couch is not there.
It was told to us it was a mistake made by a new intern. The Worker said he couldn't do anything because he needed a manager. And what now? No solution was given to us. We will not be renting the trailer again. Stay away from this company they will scam you and give absolutely no solution whatsoever. Ridiculous that a customer that spent more than 1000€ on a couch there is treated this way. Completely unbelievable and unprofessional. Never again. We want our money back.

Lying again with the answer to this review. Nothing happened. No solution. Liars.

I'm super satisfied with my new furniture from Seats and Sofas, the quality and designs are great .. the staff are awesome.. they provided us with every information we needed .. I highly recommend it

There are many different models in the store, the staff was very friendly and offered us a good price for the sofa we wanted. Highly recommended.

Bought a sofa here. But on delivery it was already broken. The delivery was done by a 3rd party company. I immediately called Seats and Sofas abbout the issue. I was told I had to bring the sofa to the store so they could send it for repairs, which would take approximately 12 weeks. This service, with a brand new and quite expensive sofa i find ridiculous. When I bought it I was told they had very good quality sofas and if something would be wrong they would fix it, no problem. Also the quality seems different then in the store. The color is really nice tho! If I want to send it for repairs, I can either bring the sofa to the store (I don't own a dodge RAM or smtng that cool...) or use the 3rd party which costs €89 to send and again to retrieve. I would not ever recommend buying a sofa here.

Watch it,don't buy from seats and sofa, fake prices than the announced l, nothing ready to pay and collect, very long delivery time, no transportation, they put fake longer delivery dates in the invoice, and if you wanna cancel the deal they will cut 30% from the total amount paid.

Watch it again and don't deal with seats and sofa.
