DISSAPOINTING SERVICE!!!
Good service in the shop up until it comes to paying and collection. We paid in full, paid a delivery person to collect and then got told it takes 2 days for them to see the payment and admin dept was closed.We had to pay this delivery person twice to collect and this after the shop confirmed our couches are ready for collection, it was already arranged that we were collecting on the Saturday,they refused to deliver after their own mistake!!!!

highly recommend to go to alkmaar store ,the staff are nice and really helpful,me and my husband had really bad experience in zaandam store ,there’s one staff constantly upset us with price and attitude
