A mixed bag...
The showroom offers a very large selection of sofas. Because it is set up as a warehouse, it can feel a little overwhelming at first, but I was able to find a discounted sofa that suited my budget.
Unfortunately, my experience after the purchase was mixed. The sofa has developed a noticeable squeak, which is disappointing. In addition, it was delivered in only two very large sections, making it extremely difficult to move into my apartment.
The delivery company arrived much later than expected in the early evening after travelling from Bochum. Although I had to pay full price for delivery, the team was unable to move the sofa fully into my apartment, leaving me to arrange and pay for additional movers at my own expense. That was particularly frustrating and added unexpected costs to the purchase.
The sales and customer service team were always friendly, professional, and responsive. They patiently answered my repeated enquiries about the delayed delivery and did their best to keep me informed throughout the process.
Overall, I appreciate the customer service and the wide product selection. However, the delivery experience and the quality issue with the sofa significantly affected what could otherwise have been a positive experience.
