Definitely the "used car salesmen" of furniture…
Definitely the "used car salesmen" techniques and attitude. We went to Seats and Sofas in Waiblingen, Germany. Furniture looks great but WAY overpriced and cheaply made. We made the mistake of buying a delux model Casanova sofa. Great look and initial feel with cool features. Two weeks after use, the cheap pres-wood collapsed on a center section. I took the piece back to the store and, of course, the manager pulled me to a back corner away from other customers to chat. He finally agreed to take the piece for repair. Three months later, no calls, no emails, NOTHING! I finally went back to the store and was told they would "check into it." I made them call the "main office" but was actually lied to by the worker who called an assistant manager who was one of my original sales people. The worker, who was friendly enough, refused to give me the name of the assistant manager who she talked to. They actually brought out two other guys (maybe by coincidence??) in what looked to me as either security in case I got out of hand, or as an intimidation measure. Either way, it was futile. The lady was helpful enough and filled out a service form for me. She actually did give me a call several hours later and updated me, which i appreciated. They said the service is outsourced and she could not give me a time frame when i could get my article fixed. maybe two weeks.......I will NEVER buy anything from Seats and Sofas again. I would not recommend their products or stores to anyone.

Misleading information
I bought a couch that was supposed to take 2 months. They offered me 2 temporary seats for €230 and told me I wouldn’t pay delivery again when my couch arrives.
Later, they changed the story and asked me to pay again. This was very disappointing and felt misleading.
Be careful—make sure everything is in writing and all costs are clear.
I would not recommend them based on my experience.
