I bought 2 tickets online yesterday but up to now I haven’t got any confirmation whatsoever
I even wrote an email to them yesterday but no response up to now

Failed in my attempts to get Coldplay tickets, SeatPick was recommended to me by a friend, and I managed to pick up two tickets at a very reasonable price.

Helped me find the cheapest tickets for a concert!
I looked everywhere to find a cheap ticket for the new Coldplay tour. They showed me all the available tickets in the cheapest price.

Me and a mate went to watch the Chelsea vs gent game at Stamford bridge and decided to try and get tickets through seat pick/stubhub shortly after buying our tickets I instantly got an email from stubhub giving me my tickets. When we got to the ground they were scanned and we were both allowed in no trouble at all would recommend to use this way if you cant get tickets from the official club.

I bought 2 tickets to FC Union Berlin vs TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at Stadion An der Alten Fosterei Berlin before I left Australia and was denied access at the stadium yesterday.
Trustpilot reviews for SeatPick were positive so I thought this would be a valid transaction.
SeatPick site went to StubHub where I paid for Euro146.61 for 2 tickets in the Gastberiech Away Fans section.
StubHub emailed 2 tickets the day before the match which were printed as advised and taken to the stadium.
The stadium would not let ticket holders in that were bought from resellers such as StubHub. We were also told that only members of Hofferheim would be allowed into the away fans section.
So we were unable to use our 2 tickets so can only hope for a refund.

Update: Lodged a claim through the StubHub website with the details and had a phone call the same day from StubHub to organise a refund and voucher.
Disappointed to miss the match but impressed with how responsive StubHub was with the refund.

Recently ordered trough seatpicks website for tickets for the Euros2024. Since last saturday Iv recieved dodgy emails from the other party that the tickets are “send” or will be recieved a few days before the game. Iv contacted seatpicks about this mather and they still havent replied to this. I think they are supporting a scamming website, but im not 100% sure yet. No tickets and no real replies/help from seatpick in more than 48 hours. Not good.

Iv mailed you guys on the 24th of june and NEVER EVER recieved an email back. How am I suppose to contact you then?

DO NOT BUY!!!!! SCAMMERS. You will get screwed by them i bought a ticket for real vs bayern way in advance they told me that i was "100%" garenteed a ticket everytime i contacted customer support (like 1000 times) and assured me i would get a ticket just for an hour before the game to tell me that my ticket wasnt avabile and to go f my self. please spend the extra 30 and buy from a legit website these folks are scammers!!!!!! I beg you not to use them i read all of these bad reviews too but decided to try and save money and take a chance just trust me dont make the mistake i did. all the good reviews are fake please please please dont screw yourself.
