Stay as far away as possible!
If a refund is necessary, it is never made!
Phone support is only by Indians who claim not to be able to help you (in broken english).
Chat is hardly ever responded, and if done, same answer as in phone support.
Emailing is hardly ever responded, and if so, only with a generic reply.
I find myself to be an rather experienced traveler (aprox 8-10 trips each year). But i have never experienced such a indifference to people and our money.

Seat24 has not managed to refund our corona flight failure via the airline (Gulfair) for over 16 months. Gulfair was very helpful here and informed us that the exhibiting travel agency (Greece) was informed by you. All efforts from our site (emails, phone calls etc.) brought no success to demand our right.
Seat24 is one of the most unserious companies we've ever had to do with.
Whoever books here is your own fault.
We will now basically book directly at the airline.

Waiting for a refund almost 10 months, worst customer experience ever...
Dear Seat24, I booked a trip (Order nr: L198XR) with departure in October 2020 which was cancelled by TAP (Booking nr: NSN7CA). I have been in contact with TAP several times and received confirmation that they have refunded Seat24 end of April-2021. After that I have called Seat24 at least 4 times and received confirmation that they have received the refund from TAP and they promised to refund me ASAP. I have still not received any refund.... despite calling Seat24 at least 4 times the past 3 months... This is really a shame when customer experience doesn't seem to matter for this company.
Please initiate my refund immediately !!!

WORST BOOKING EVER, NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN
callcenter, also the german one, is in india, they are all hardly to understand. i called with 4 of them. its broken english and not really helpful.
rebooking costs more than a new ticket
rebooking = new ticket price + 200 euro fee for seat24 + 200 euro fee for the airline
a new ticket is therefore 400 euro cheaper, its a fkn joke!
