Wrong order - No customer service
I ordered a size L. Delivered got a size XS. First i couldn't get a hold on customer service, then i wrote them about 10 mails where they always replied, that that issue will be fixed and that they will send me the right size. This was a Year ago.
I never got my stuff and i did not get a refund. Can absolutely not recommend!

I ordered two “cosy cashmere “ jumpers.
They took weeks to arrive and when they did they weren’t cashmere at all, they were completely synthetic.
Tried to request a return and refund to be told I have to pay for the shipping to China or I could have 15% back.
Order placed in July… still waiting
Order placed in July, still not delivered on the 19th September. Tried contacting via email and website, with no reply. Reply received via instagram to say they would look into it, this was 2 weeks ago. Chased it 3 times, no response. Not sure what to do now, they were very quick to take my money.
Can’t handle the sun
I bought - seemingly - nice colour changing swim shorts just before the summer holiday. After using it for one (1!) week during my holiday in Mexico it was completely stained (yellowish) all over, which proved to be permanent.
I reached out to Sea’sons support and the first question they asked is if the shirts had been in the sun (…) My reply: of course since they are swimming shorts. Sea’sons then replied that such staining was ‘normal’ when exposed to the sun and that it could not handle the sun very well so having it in the sun caused the damage to the shorts… Of course I replied that being able to handle use in the sun for more than a week should be possible for any swim gear, the did not reply anymore. What’s the point of swimming gear if it can’t handle sun?
I requested a refund and returned the stained shorts to Sea’sons directly using their refund instructions. Got confirmation that Sea’sons received it and that they were processing my refund. After that: NOTHING, and it has been like that for 3 months. No shorts, no money, and all my emails completely ignored without any response.
So: do yourself a favour and please avoid this brand. Quality is laughable (it can’t handle being out in the sun …) and customer service is non-existent.

Please don’t buy from this company if there is a possibility that you may need to return/exchange. I followed their return instructions that were emailed to me to the letter and spent £££ on postage only to have the parcel returned. When I contacted the company they said that I should have paid import costs, something I was unaware of and they were unable to tell me how to do this. Several emails later and they have stopped responding . I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Order an item but the quality was poor, asked for a return authorisation which took two weeks. Sent the item back, at my cost, but they refused to accept delivery. Opened a case with PayPal and got a refund eventually, over two months from my order.

Got sent a wrong size - terrible custumer service
I Ordered a XL and got sent an M, so it wont fit. On two requests i was told that i can't return a sales item. It was not my fault and i am very sad that they wont help at all with my problem. So custumer service is terrible.
UK Shoppers BEWARE: Misconducted & Untrustworthy
Do not shop here. The items may be exciting but they conduct business unfairly and customer service is a joke. I reported SEA’SONS to Citizens Advice Consumer Service, who in turn advised me to report my experience to HMRC and the UKICC too.
They operate by DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer is responsible for the unloading of goods (import VAT, customs charge etc). At no point in the checkout process is this made clear to the customer, so I had an £55.04 customs charge sprung on me by Royal Mail, not the ‘Free Delivery’ you are led to believe. Customs charges can be expected post-brexit, but the lack of transparency on the SEA’SONS website is a misconduct.
Note about EU imports to UK:
For goods up to £135, sellers should charge and collect VAT at the point of sale on behalf of HMRC.
For goods exceeding £135, sellers do not deal with VAT, and import charges are collected at the point of import (it becomes the customers responsibility).
My goods did not exceed £135.00 GBP so, according to UK regulations, it should have been exempt from customs charges altogether. I asked how much they declared the goods to be but I was ignored. There is also a lack on information about their VAT calculation in the invoice. They avoided dealing with HMRC, so take from that information what you will…
I was very clear about all of this with them in hope to resolve the issue together (getting an authority involved is long-winded for everyone). But every time I emailed, they ignored what I said, missed the point and failed to reply to any of my direct questions. They just said ‘we cannot reimburse that’. I highlighted the incorrect customs charge they incurred, but they did not respond. Either they don't understand or are not prepared to deal with it.
I also asked multiple times to be connected with a manager, someone who understands, or even someone who seems to care, and was ignored every time. The only time the agent, Gijs, stopped their robotic replies, they claimed to be relaying what their manager told them to say. After ten emails back and forth, none of my queries have been responded to and all I’ve received is ‘have a nice day’.
As far as I’m aware, they are not concerned with operating their online shop correctly in the UK. The customer service is awful - lack of empathy, lack of understanding, lack of response, the agent doesn’t listen to what you say and anyone significant in the company is impossible to reach.
I’ve returned the items so will expect a full refund, but I don’t trust them so have preemptively flagged it with PayPal.
All in all, it is a disappointing experience and a waste of time, money and energy. I personally sense something slimy around the VAT/import issue, seeing as they were so avoidant of my enquiries, and the customer service is either incapable or unwilling to engage with the customer. My advice is to keep a paper trail and don’t let an idiotic company ruin your day.

Don’t care about customers never again.
Most awful purchase and refund experience. I got the shorts which were too small and returned them tracked to Amsterdam. Yes cost me £££. Then nothing. No refund, no messages of receipt. So I whatsapped them and got very slow delayed replies and excuses. They asked for the tracking info which I sent then..ghosted me. No replies to my messages nothing. Had to go via my payment method to claw back my refund. Disgraceful.

The best swim short I ever owned by faaaaar!!! even better quality than some luxurious brands I've bought in the past. Shipping was super fast and customer service was amazing as they were able to change the shipping address to France as I was travelling there to visit my family.

Very good quality swim shorts! Tested a lot the lasts years, but these are by far the most comfortable. Shipping was also fast. Would recommend!

Excellent customer service and excellent swimshorts
I bought one of the swimshorts, and I thought it had never arrived, so I contacted them and they told me they would send me a new one at no extra cost! After the days passed, I realized the previous swimshort DID arrive, but the mailman put it inside the mailbox! I didn't know the package could fit in it, and also thought they would contact me or ring the doorbell, but I also had many days without opening my mailbox because I didn't have the key at that moment. I was embarrassed because I got another one so I contacted them again to pay for it or to send the extra one back, but they told me I could keep it! The customer service replied back very fast and they were very kind, so really 5 out of 5. Regarding the short, I haven't worn them yet but I tested them by pouring water on them and yes, they changed their color! I recommend Sea'Sons completely.

Lovely top once washed and the weird fishy smell had gone.
Very cool colour changing which my 12 year old son loves as do all of his mates!
Had some trouble with the stitching in the neckline but customer services eventually resolved.

I made an order last year and it was not a great experience but this year there were always available sizes, products arrived here fast and size exchange was super fast and easy; I even received the right size back before having sent the wrong one without having to pay twice.
