Can it can be worse?

Can it can be worse?

My mum offered this sandals because I really have a hard time to find sandals, that don’t hurt more my damaged feet due to a unfortunate cirurgy at both feet, she bought them to me no more then 15/20 before the tragedy happens. And obviously I did not wear it everyday.

They cracked. Please check the pics and see for yourself.

Very uncool and not reliable. I do not advise no one to buy nothing on these stores.

Make sure you go to the restroom at safeway before shopping here

been shopping this grocery outlet since they opened; i usually check the store in transit to or from warrenton; today i was checking the availability of maple/pancake syrup; when an ingestion of coffee and chunks of water melon caught up with me, so I headed for the restroom. It is around the corner on the left hand side in the back.( mirror image of the one in Tillamook Where you can use the restroom, even in your work clothes) I found a locked door which was frustrating given the dire straits I was in. The door has a combination lock; so I headed for the check stand to ask for the combination. BUT, before I could get that far some heavy set lady with a ring in her nose ( she must have escaped her tether) decided unsolicited to inform me that the restrooms "are not for transients" ! I had not asked her for her help or comments in any way shape or form. So, it made me mad. I told her off and left the store in a hurry still desperately looking for a place to take a whiz. HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE ? Shame on you Tom Jensen with a good Danish name like my own ! I'll never set my feet in your store again.

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed…

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.

The room was dirty ,there was rubbish from the previous guests. The place was grimey. The shower hadn't been properly cleaned. There was previous guests' hair on the floor.

There were bare wires on the light fittings in the bathroom and a hole in the ceiling of the shower.

The toilet seat was broken.

The sliding door to the bathroom was hanging off.

The blind was broken. It didn't fit the window.  The bottom of the window had pieces of paper sellotaped to it to give privacy. 

There were holes in the wall.

There was no bedside light ( there was a light but no useful plug )

The room was dirty,  badly maintained and falling apart.

When I spoke to reception the said there was nobody to fix the door and they couldn't move me because the hotel was full.

It is the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in.

AND They charged £125 !

Twice in 2 days! Not good

Unfortunately for me wasn't a good experience. I bought a pair of boots and I wore them straight away for it to fall apart ( one of them) then I took them back to the shop to replace them and they did, for another pair same style, then I wore them and happened the same straight away, fall apart. I was so disappointed and took them back. They gave me the cash back.

It seems that unlike all the other shops in portugal this shop won't give your money back if as in my case the present I bought for my fiancee she didn't like and we couldn't find anything else that she likes in their shop.

This isn’t just a review!! It’s a request for the shoe order I placed and paid for and never got!! What the hell is this? You can’t have a good legit business with all this other crap going on!! Geez… SEND ME MY SHOES!! Hope the quality is better than some of these other reviews

I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed an online order weeks ago. A dozen ignored emails/inquires later, one rep tells me the order shipped, the other is saying the item was never in stock. And no sign of refund of course. Save your money, don't deal with these scammers

I ordered 2 pairs of Seaside shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of Seaside shoes, one pair only lasted 4 weeks, then the sole came off in the gluing.
I wrote to them 5 times with no response about the problem.
Then I finally got an answer they wanted to refund because the model was no longer available.
I asked for another model, waited for 5 days before I got an email reply
They said they would send the other model, but no Track & Trace number on the package, nothing.

Rude and lazy staff, poor quality, illegal (no) return policy

I bought a pair of flip flops in the Seaside shop Cascais Villa (Roxy, 14.99€).
The band ripped out of the sole 7 days after so they were ready for the bin. As I had lost the bag with the receipt I went to the shop just to inform them about the waste they are selling. Shop assistant told me I could return them if I brought a bank statement showing the payment. Which I did, even though I don't live in Cascais I went there another time. This time the two super unfriendly bored assistants being present stated they could not accept the statement for a proof as I could hv bought anything for this price!! Presenting them the ripped slippers as displayed in the shop for the exact same price! They would have to send it to the office for them to look at their accounts. I should return once more and leave the print out there. She didn't care about the fact that I don't live there and would hv to travel a third time for this. Super gutted a few weeks later I returned just to be told by the first shop assistant they didn't know of anything, the other person didn't work there any more, had not informed them and she couldn't do anything about it. She seriously suggested me to print out the bank statement another time and come back there for the fourth time!! And she wouldn't return the money anyway but I'd have to buy something else at the shop! I told her this was the most outrageous customer experience ever and it would be the last time ever I bought anything at this shop. Reply: I don't care, it's not my shop

Waste of time

Ordered 2 pairs of boots to be shipped to the UK on 1st October. Waited until 20th October to contact them via their Facebook page. It was only then they told me they were out of stock and gave me a refund. Waste of time. Don't bother.

I have ordered online 3 pair of shoes…

I have ordered online 3 pair of shoes from saeside wedsite on 31/12/2019 paid 74 euros to be delivery it to united kindom.It was a free delivery to europe spend on more than 49 euros.I have got order confirmation .But i have not recieved my order yet .It had been 15 days since .Unable to check it through wedsite as it says ordee not recognised . The parcel due to deliver through DHL.but on my account says paid but not shipped .I dont really understand how this website works.They dont have customer service contanct number or email.I think this is a doggy wedsite.I only ordered online beacause i visted ALGARVE ( PORTIMAO' )on 20th December 2019 .Bought a black pair of ankel boots .I like it very much.But i did not expect such bad situation.So disgusting .All it is I cannot contact them .I would not recommend anyone to purchse online.I am going to inform their head office as i got all prooof to submit .

Unacceptable and Extremely Rude conduct at the Lisbon Store

I purchased a couple of items from Seaside in Lisbon. The sales assistants spoke perfect English whilst i was in store right through to the payment of the goods. However, they did not explain i couldn't have a refund only an exchange if i wanted to return the items because there was a promotion on until the end of January. I was returning to the UK the next day.
I changed my mind and tried to return an item. The sales assistant turned a notice round by the till (only displayed in Portuguese) to advise of the return policy in English (this was not displayed anywhere else in the store). She then continued to speak to me in Portuguese in an abrupt manner. I repeatedly asked her to speak English again as she had done previously, but she refused! I would advise anyone to avoid this store as the staff are extremely rude to say the least!

Poor quality and less than 3 months lasting

I have purchased a pair of boots. After less than 3 months the elastic part of it started to be loose, but only at one side of the boots. After taking the boots to reclamation, the answer from the Quality Department of the company, was that it has passed too much time since I bought the boots (3 months!) to accept my reclamation. That means that the shoes they are selling are not suppose to last more than this period. They are perfectly aware of poor quality of the shoes and they don't hide it. It is too bad that at the moment of purchase they do not indicate to their customers. Many people would not choose to buy the product that doesn't last even one season...
